Product: OP5 Monitor
Release Number: 7.3.13
Release Date: May 30, 2017
Release Type: Micro
Previous Release: 7.3.12
Added a management pack for self-monitoring of OP5 Monitor nodes, using encrypted and authenticated SNMPv3. This is now the default way of self-monitoring on new installations. To use this management pack on existing installations, add the OP5 Monitor host(s) to the OP5 Monitor Server hostgroup. Moving to management pack-based self-monitoring will make it easier to improve self-monitoring in future OP5 Monitor releases. Using SNMPv3 gives better security than the old NRPE method.
Fixed an issue where a configuration update caused restart for all nodes when only one node was affected. This update makes configuration updates quicker in multi-node OP5 Monitor clusters.
Fixed an issue that caused remote nodes to not be restarted if rsync encountered a problem during config push. This update makes nodes restart regardless of the result of the rsync command, relaxing the harsher error checking introduced in OP5 Monitor 7.3.12.
Fixed an issue where packet blocking wasn't enforced, which could lead to information disclosure between nodes in an OP5 Monitor cluster.
Fixed an issue that caused the error message SNMP Scan Error - Array to string conversion host_wizard.php on line 800 to be displayed when using the Scan for SNMP interfaces feature.
Fixed an issue where processes were not automatically restarted after an upgrade of OP5 Monitor.
